Vegan Pancakes

Today I want to share one of my absolute favorite recipes with you: my Vegan Pancakes. When Gian and I moved together, I wanted to surprise him on our first Sunday morning and I made Vegan Pancakes. He loved them so much that we are having them now ever since every Sunday.


What you need for about 10 Vegan Pancakes:

1 Banana (mellowed)
1 cup (250ml) of oat milk (you could also take rice or soya milk, but I always take oat milk)
1 teaspoon (tsp) of baking powder
¾ tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
1 tsp of brown sugar
1 cup (same as the one you took for the milk) whole wheat flour


1st step: Put the peeled banana in a big bowl and squash the banana with a fork.

2nd step: Add the oat milk and stir the squashed banana with the milk. It is okay when there are still little pieces of the banana in it.

3rd step: Add all the other ingredients and stir them until it is a homogenous dough.

4th step: Take a small pan and add some drops of sunflower oil. For one Pancake I usually take two tablespoons of dough. Let it fry until the dough is not liquid at the edge anymore. Then you can turn it.

    Ich habe mir heute auswärts auch Pancakes bestellt, aber die haben bei weitem nicht so gut ausgesehen wie deine!!

    Ich werde mir das Rezept auf jeden Fall im Hinterkopf behalten, und nachlesen sobald ich wieder mal Pancakes selber machen möchte 🙂
